Life LED Lighting offers a Free 2 hour consult, to review the building plans and to discuss the personal taste and styles of you, the home owner. We will discuss many topics concerning lighting and what you like, how you live, what your new lifestyle may look like, family growth and their changing needs. We will touch on home automation and how it might affect the specifications of the LED lighting. You will get to know me personally and get a feel for the honesty and integrity that is brought to the table. You will see how and why building the relationship not only with your Architect and Builder but also with the independent lighting consultant. This is such an important element to every home, yet historically it has been left to the last week or so of the build, then there is no time to give due and proper thought to the needs of the family.
If we are meeting to discuss a commercial, retail or business property, we will still have this initial Free first 2 hour meeting. We will provide, for your consideration, a detailed quote and lighting audit. We will highlight current lighting costs compared against the appropriate LED lighting options that we will recommend to you. You will also see the cost savings over the life of the LED lighting which will also be the warranty period of 5 years and will be detailed by each light or fitting and the ROI (Return on Investment).
Life LED Lighting will also work with your designer, interior designer, landscape architect or designer, project manager and electrical contractor, so that you end up with the most cost effective way of getting the best and most appropriate lighting for your project.
We offer a full planning and installation service, or if you have your own contractors, we can supply the product directly to you or your contractor.
The Life LED Lighting consultancy service is Fee and Project Based. Having said that, should you choose to engage Life LED Lighting to Consult, Specify, Source and Supply your lighting, part of the fee will be credited against the purchase price of your lighting.

Second Stage
Confirm by email that you wish to engage the services.
Receive Consult signed invoice, counter sign, scan and email back the signed document.
Receive invoice by email and pay the agreed appointment fee on receipt. Plus the refundable Consult Fee $800.00 excl GST. Payment due on receipt of Invoice. The Refundable Consult Fee will be fully refunded when final LED lighting stock invoice raised. See T’s and C’s.
Send copy of plans from your Architect or Designer, with initial lighting hand marked up for review along with an initial specification spreadsheet and a cost estimate .
Third Stage
Life LED Lighting will review the plans and mark up a copy for discussion with yourself, builder and/or Architect.
Note this will sometimes be in consultation with your Architect or Designer who may still be overseeing the project.
Meet to discuss LED lighting options and coordinating with Landscape Architect or Designer, Kitchen Designer, Interior Designer and Builder.
Provide you access to web sites for light fitting selections where relevant.
Short list types of LED lighting that you like the look of.
Provide you an updated estimate of costs of LED lighting for your overall budgeting purposes.
Fourth Stage
Specify and source the best alternatives and detail these and meet with you for feedback and approval.
Finalise quote and receive invoice for deposit of 15% of the gross value of the order.
Prices cannot be fixed due to the volatility of the market unless the specific supplier agrees to a particular timeline. You will have the choice to order and pay upfront, to confirm the prices of the stock at that point and may hold it until ready or deliver to a site of your choice.
10 weeks from order delivery date, pay second deposit of 40% of the gross value of the order.
On receipt of lighting order, pay balance 45% of the gross value of the order. Less the Refundable Consultancy Fee.
Install LED lighting and enjoy.
